Making a Purchase

Buying from us couldn't be easier! Just browse our catalog, and click on the product you wish to buy, and add it to your shopping basket. When you are ready to buy click on "Checkout" and you'll be directed to our securely encrypted checkout page. No need to sign up or login, simply enter your details in 3 easy steps and you're done!

Shortly after your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Please keep this for your records.

All goods remain the property of My Crypt until paid for in full.

Delivery

We aim to deliver your order within 1-3 working days. Most items are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase, but please allow 15 working days for delivery. We use different delivery methods depending on the product, and how fast your order arrives will depend on the shipping methods involved.

Any order crossing waters i.e. Republic of Ireland does not qualify for our standard delivery rate and will face extra charges. Please email us for details on additional charges with the delivery address and items you wish to purchase.

If a signature is required for delivery, please inspect the goods before signing. No claim for damages will be entertained without a returned, signed and duly endorsed delivery note.

International orders will be considered, but will be subject to further postage costs, and are exempt from any free delivery promotions. Please contact us for details.

Refunds & Returns

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 you have the right to return the product within 7 working days from one day after date of receipt for any reason but at your own cost.

Refunds are returned via the same method you used to pay, or we can send a cheque on request. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the product arriving back from the customer in a good, re-sellable condition.
